CT-TECHNOLOGIES successfully designed and built a maturation chamber for PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia in Sei Mangkei, completed in 2021. The project involved converting a warehouse into a temperature and humidity-controlled facility, integrating insulated panels, rapid roller doors, and an advanced HVAC system. Key achievements included the use of air sock cooling for even air distribution and an eco-friendly chiller with R1234ze refrigerant, ensuring high efficiency with minimal environmental impact.
